CONSULTATION-ONLY · CASH-PAY ONLY

Who is this consultation designed for?

Complete Health Zone is designed primarily for proactive adults 45 or older who want to take an active role in longevity, healthspan and advanced testing and are able and willing to commit financially to a cash-pay consultation.

The ideal patient is typically 45 or older, proactive about their health, and able to commit to the consultation-only, cash-pay model. This describes the target audience—not a hard age cutoff. Dr. Zone considers fit individually.

Screening for fit

  • You want a physician consultation about longevity, biological age, proactive health planning or advanced testing.
  • You understand visits are consultation-only; any testing discussed is subject to clinical suitability, availability and separate fees.
  • You are willing and financially able to commit to cash-pay consultation; you will confirm the consultation fee and any optional, separately priced testing before proceeding.

The practice reviews each email inquiry for alignment with its consultation scope, your proactive health goals and your understanding of direct-pay costs. This is not a primary-care, urgent-care or emergency service. An email inquiry is not acceptance or a confirmed consultation.

YOUR CARE, STEP BY STEP

A thoughtful start. Screening first.

No one-size-fits-all answers. Just a thoughtful process built around your health.

01

Ask by email

Email 100completehealth@gmail.com with the subject “Is this practice a good fit for me?” Share general health goals, without sensitive medical details.

02

Review screening and costs

The team explains the practice’s consultation-only, cash-pay model, fit considerations and fees before any commitment.

03

Discuss next steps if suitable

If the practice is a suitable fit, the team will explain what information or preparation may be needed and any appropriate arrangements.

YOUR INITIAL EMAIL

Share your goals.
Protect your privacy.

You may want to understand your long-term health, energy, nutrition or the role of advanced testing. A short explanation of your general goals is enough to begin the fit conversation.

  • Use the subject “Is this practice a good fit for me?”
  • Describe your goals in general, non-sensitive terms
  • Ask about consultation-only care and cash-pay fees
  • Wait for the practice to explain screening and next steps

Do not email medical records, detailed diagnoses, payment details or other sensitive information in the first inquiry. The team can explain what is needed and the appropriate way to provide it.

Continue your prescribed medicines and established care unless your treating clinician advises a change. This inquiry process is not urgent or emergency care.

BEFORE YOU INQUIRE

A few questions, answered.

Does emailing reserve a consultation?

No. An email is an inquiry for practice-fit screening, not a reservation, confirmation or guarantee of acceptance. The team will review fit and explain any possible next steps.

What should I include in my first email?

Ask “Is this practice a good fit for me?” and briefly share general goals. Do not include sensitive medical information, records, detailed diagnoses or payment details in ordinary email.

How can I ask about costs?

Email 100completehealth@gmail.com. The practice is cash-pay only and does not bill health insurance. Confirm consultation fees and any separate test costs before proceeding; do not assume reimbursement.

YOUR FIRST STEP IS AN EMAIL

Is this practice a good fit for you?

Begin with an email inquiry. Screening helps clarify whether our approach matches your goals before any consultation is discussed.
